I've often thought that if I had to form an opinion of the world strictly from my view over the counter, it would be easy to think that the world was largely populated by decent, honest, likable people—and maybe it largely is after all.

In regard to Integrity Auto, we have been customers for the past seven or more years. During this time my wife and I have had four Toyota vehicles. Integrity Auto has consistently repaired our vehicles without comeback or returns of any kind.

Mr. Bishop has given us accurate estimates outlining the needed repairs and cost. He has also explained the repairs in an accurate and completely understandable way. They have completed some repairs for less than the estimated amount.

I have taken my truck in for repairs and described the problem and what I thought was the repair. Mr. Bishop found the repair was much simpler and less costly than I had expected. I was prepared to have more work done and spend more. Mr. Bishop acted with integrity and honesty. He told me that a less costly repair was all that was needed.

We will continue to go to Integrity Auto for our car repairs and recommend them to our friends.
